The Office of the Town Justice is responsible for handling the following types of court cases:
- All Civil Cases up to $3,000.00.
- All Small Claims Cases up to $3,000.00.
- All Landlord-Tenant Cases.
- All Summons, Tickets and Arrest Warrants that are issued by all law enforcement agencies within the Town of Hague.
This office does not handle any Injunctions.
