Jan 1 - 31 No Penalty
Feb 1 - 29 1% Penalty
Mar 1 - 31 2% Penalty
Hours of collection and payment due dates are noted on your bill. Postmark will be accepted as date of payment.

***Note: SCHOOL TAXES are mailed annually in September and are collected by the Ticonderoga School Tax Collector, not the Town of Hague. All payments and questions regarding School taxes should be directed to the Ticonderoga School Tax Collector at (518) 585-7400 ext. 1132 or ext. 1131.
If you feel the assessment on your property is too high, you have the right to file a grievance to lower it for future tax bills.
Please contact your Assessor for information on how to file a complaint on your assessment and to inquire about exemptions.
Any reduction in assessment will NOT be reflected on your current bill.
