Lake George Swims looking for volunteers in Hague

2025 Lake George 2.5k, 5k & 10k Swims
Saturday, August 16, 2025 - 7a - 12p
Hague Public Beach, Hague, NY
We are looking for kayakers, lifeguards and motorboat pilots (with boat) as part of our flotilla on August 16. Those out on the water supporting the swims get a shirt, refreshments and $50 for their efforts (lifeguards are paid $75 for the morning). We can provide kayaks if needed. We are also seeking land-based support in the form of packet-pickup, start/finish line, and food. Time commitment for each area:
6:30a - 9:30a - Packet Pickup
7:15a - 11:30a - Kayaking, Boat, Lifeguard
12:30p - 3:30p - Post-Race Breakdown
